LEVEL 5 PARTNERS ANNOUNCES RELEASE OF VIRTUAL PROGRAM MANAGEMENT OFFICE VERSION 2.6

- Level 5 Partners, an emerging provider of Enterprise PMO software, today announced the public release of the Virtual Program Management Version 2.6. The Virtual Program Management Office is an intuitive web-based Program Management Office providing: Project Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Day-to-day Project Management, Post Project Support, and Knowledge Management.

Version 2.6 continues to build on past strengths with a continued focus on client driven enhancements. Some of the new capabilities include:

  • Time and Effort Tracking - Version 2.6 includes a completely new time and effort tracking module that includes capturing resource time down to specific activities, roles, and tasks. When coupled with our already robust resource forecasting capability the time and effort component closes the loop on our extensive resource management capabilities.
  • Status Report "Assist" - The new Status Report Assist feature helps project managers complete status reports by importing completed and planned tasks directly into status report compositions. This drastically reduces the amount of time required to draft project status reports.
  • Enhanced Project Budget Analysis - New top down views of project expenditures and project budget analysis give the project manager a better financial snapshot of a project's current fiscal status.
  • New ROI Calculations - Additional ROI calculations have been added that indicate the date that a project will achieve positive ROI. This new ROI calculation is an addition to the existing three year cumulative ROI calculations are provided for planned projects.
